You know that feeling you get when you see something that you think would be amazing to try? Well the moment came that a new passion began, one that will probably cost a good amount of time and money. It started one night as a video popped up on my social media by a guy known as JohnnyFPV, and his amazing video flying a drone through crazy landscapes, tiny spots, hot air balloons, upside down, etc. Things that none of my drones could do, so I had to know how!
After much research, I finally purchased a beginners FPV Quad, the Eachine Wizard X220, which I unfortunately lost in the woods, and now have the Wizard X220s version. I am loving this thing and can’t wait to get better as I can only image the video shots I could get that will make my adventure and travel videos that much better!!
I get about an hour of free time to fly on the weekends, so I will be uploading my progress videos each time I fly. And to start this off right, is my very first 4 flights in one video, hope you enjoy!
October 2019 – 1st Attempts
Flight Session: #1-4
My first 4 flights to show the progress from the very beginning! It’s definitely a big learning curve and not as easy of a transition from my normal drones. But I wanted to make this video to look back and see how my first few flights were, to see where I started, and to see how much better I get!

Flight Session: #5
For my 5th time flying FPV, my sis and I were on a little road trip to our Grandmothers house out in a small town in Florida for her birthday. I had a blast, and it was the first time I got to fly around a moving object, which was my cousins 4-wheelers. I know it wasn’t that close, but for my 5th time ever flying, looking through those goggles made it look awesome!

Fun little video of my 6th FPV session, ’twas at a park I haven’t been to since middle school, my old stomping grounds! It’s also the day I met and flew with the RAX Boyz!

Flight Session: #7
For my 7th FPV flight session, I decided to have a little relaxing practice out on some Florida trails, to get better at flying around trees and bushes, into the sunset with a beautiful ending!

My 8th FPV session has been one of the best times so far, chillin with the RAX Boyz and the Orlando FPV Community definitely is good times with great people!

Flying FPV drones has been pretty amazing…but flying from inside a moving car was truly a fun experience, especially since it’s only my 9th flight session!
